Neil entered the real estate profession in 1991 and has since built a distinguished career as a leader in commercial real estate and business brokerage. His expertise spans commercial brokerage, property management, real estate investments, development, and consultation. Neil holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CPM (Certified Property Manager), and CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) designations, reflecting his extensive knowledge and professional excellence.

  • Provided brokerage and development services at the busiest intersection in Plattsburgh, resulting in long-term leases for Chick-fil-A and Panera Bread.
  • Facilitated and hosted the successful auction of the former Hearst Company News Channel 5 location in Plattsburgh and managed their subsequent relocation and net lease along Plattsburgh’s primary shopping corridor.
  • Arranged a 100,000 SF industrial expansion for Country Malt Group in Champlain, NY.
  • Negotiated the net lease for Kinney Drugs in the City of Plattsburgh.
  • Provided leasing services for Aspen Dental in the Town of Plattsburgh.
  • Managed and leased properties, including Plattsburgh Plaza and High Peaks Commons, enhancing their market performance.
